This blend contains herbs which will support your nervous system and adrenals.  Chrysanthemum and goji berries have been used traditionally in chinese medicine to support the liver, which is impacted when we become stressed.

Containing all certified organic ingredients:
Holy basil (Tulsi), Passionflower, Lemon Verbena, Lemon Balm, Withania,
Chrysanthemum and Goji berries

Directions – Place a heaped teaspoon of herbs per cup into a pot or infuser. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 5- 10 minutes or more. Strain and enjoy.
