How to Prepare your cup of Calm Mumma Tea

Contains certified ingredients of Holy Basil, Chamomile, Liquorice, Passionflower, and Spearmint

Directions: Place a heaped teaspoon of herbs per cup into a pot or infuser. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
