Your monthly period is MORE than just your period.

It is an expression of your underlying health.

When you are healthy, your period will arrive smoothly, regularly, and without symptoms.

When you are unhealthy in some way, your cycle will tell the story.

Think of your period more as a monthly check in

Every month it can offer incredibly valuable information as to what is happening with your health in general.

SO, if you are experiencing:

  • Pain
  • Large blood clots
  • Loosing more than 80ml (this equates to 16 fully soaked regular tampons or 8 super tampons over the course of all your days of your period)
  • Loosing less than 25ml of menstrual fluid
  • If your bleed goes for more than 7 days (A menstrual cycle that is less than 21 days or more than 35 days.)

Then it is important to look into and treat the underlying cause..…

and NO the PILL does not fix any of these problems, it just masks the symptoms.
