- Large blood clots
- Loosing more than 80ml (this equates to 16 fully soaked regular tampons or 8 super tampons over the course of all your days of your period)
- Loosing less than 25ml of menstrual fluid
- If your bleed goes for more than 7 days (A menstrual cycle that is less than 21 days or more than 35 days.)
