Gurudaya is a practitioner of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies and a Kundalini Yoga instructor. She completed her studies of Kinesiology in 2004, followed by Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2007, and Shiatsu in 2014. She has found Shiatsu to be her preferred method for treating clients, for the calm and quiet mindfulness it promotes in both herself and her clients, whilst at the same time she is passionate about her yoga practice and classes, which encourage strength, vitality, and resilience.

As a Shiatsu therapist, Gurudaya is fascinated by the individual stories told by her clients bodies and energy fields. Through deep listening, she loves to unravel the patterns and layers to find the foundational disharmony in a condition and then support clients back to a path of balance and health.

Motherhood has also been a profound education for Gurudaya. She enjoys working with women throughout pregnancy and post partum and is particularly interested in labour preparation and support.
