Graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine in 2012, Leia has worked in respected wellness clinics throughout Gold Coast, Brisbane, as well as international wellness resorts in South East Asia.

Her ongoing experience over the years has continually challenged and reengaged her in the field of natural medicine and its unique offerings and effects on each individual. There is no “one fits all” plan here which is what makes being a natural health practitioner so rewarding. We take the time to listen and support your unique constitution, health, diet and lifestyle so we can tailor a personalised plan just for you.

Leia is currently undertaking a second Health Science degree in Western Herbal Medicine as well as complementary studies in pilates, yin yoga & acupressure to provide a holistic approach of body-mind and spirit.

In her spare time, she enjoys practicing pilates, yoga, long meditative walks in the beautiful Melbourne parks, connecting with friends as well as getting to the ocean shore as much as possible.

Leia  has a special interest in whole-body healing, focusing on supporting conditions of the nervous system such as stress, fatigue, exhaustion, and mental health, as well as gut, digestive and immune conditions.

By fusing traditional therapies with evidence-based medicine, Leia aims to support each individual with therapeutic interventions such as nutrition, herbal medicine, movement therapy and lifestyle advice, uniquely suited to each client’s constitution and lifestyle.
