Kate began her wellness journey in her early 20’s, after no longer being able to
ignore that niggling feeling that she wasn’t on her true path, or being her true
authentic self.
Through crystal chakra healing, reiki, deep meditations and yoga, Kate slowly began
to feel she was on the right path.
A few years into her journey, a friend recommended Kate see a Kinesiologist.
Not knowing what Kinesiology was, Kate went along anyway and was blown away by
the big impact just one session had.
Kate continued to see her Kinesiologist, and worked up the courage to enrol and
complete a double diploma in Kinesiology and Mind Body Medicine.
Through her double diploma, Kate experienced growth and healed so many areas in
her life, and her mission became to help others, the same way Kinesiology had
helped her.

Having recently relocated to Ballarat with her partner and Golden Retriever named
Tom Hanks, Kate is excited to assist Ballarat locals in their healing journey, while also
offering online sessions to those who live too far to travel.
