The combination of Acupuncture with Meditation provides a complete body and mind experience to promote deep relaxation and help remedy stress. Reduction in stress helps prevent emotional reactivity, frustration and fatigue, while also helping to control chronic inflammation throughout the whole body.

Regular, purposeful rest has been known for centuries as imperative and indispensable for good physical and emotional health. We are now providing this regular event that makes sacred time and space available to you during your busy week. Pencil it in as part of your own regular self care practice.
