Come and join Katherine for our Monthly Full Moon Drumming Meditation Circle.
The energy of the FULL moon is that of FULL illumination!
It represents completion, the height of power, the realisation of your desires and the peak of clarity. It is a time to celebrate your growth, take note of what progress you have made and to reflect on how far you have come.
You have the answers and the clarity you seek within yourself. Sometimes you just need the space, guidance and courage to find it.
From a metaphoric “gardening” practice: care for the full bloom, provide shade/water/mulch.
By acknowledging how far you have come you focus on what it is that you want to bring more of into your life
By celebrating the positive in your life- no matter how large or small you align and open to receive more of that
By observing and reflecting on the steps you took you can align/realign to a life that you want to live!
Sitting in sacred circle with others allows us to be held and heard deeply by each other. It’s a safe space that supports us to re connect with ourselves and access the true magic that our souls contain.
We will be exploring
